Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Titus Fitness, LLC (“we”) for using Titus Transform. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You join through an invitation from a coaching business that uses Titus Transform.
Coaching is not medical care
Titus Transform and the coaching delivered through it are for general fitness and nutrition coaching only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Check with your doctor before starting a training or nutrition program, and stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or anything that worries you. Comments about lab results are prompts to discuss with your doctor, not medical opinions.
Your coach
Coaching is provided by your coaching business, not by us. Your coach sets your plans, prices, renewals and refunds. We provide the app they use.
Your account
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Information you enter should be accurate, because your coach relies on it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Titus Transform: no attempting to reach other people’s information, interfering with the service, uploading anything unlawful or harmful, or using it to send unwanted messages.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you log and upload. You allow us and your coaching business to store and use it to provide your coaching, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your coaching business can export the information you share with them.
AI assistance
With your agreement, some features use a third-party AI provider to help your coach prepare reviews and plans. Your coach checks and approves that work before you see it.
If your coaching business’s package includes it, the AI may also summarise your intake and draft your training plan, nutrition plan and blueprint. These drafts are suggestions to your coach, not advice to you: your coach is responsible for the plan you receive, and approves each part before you see it. Any comment on lab results is a prompt to discuss with your doctor.
Coaching calls
If you agree in your intake form, your coach may keep transcripts of your calls with them to plan your program, as described in the Privacy Policy. That agreement covers your future calls until you take it back in the app. Don’t invite anyone else onto a call that is being recorded without telling your coach and getting that person’s agreement.
Signing electronically
Your coaching business may ask you to sign its agreements electronically, through DocuSign or SignNow. By signing that way you agree to do business electronically, and your electronic signature has the same effect as one on paper. You can ask your coaching business for a paper copy, or to sign on paper instead. A copy of what you sign is kept in the app for you and your coach.
Booking meetings
You may be able to book meetings with your coach in the app, through a public booking link, or through a booking service your coach uses. Each meeting type shows how much notice you need to give to move or cancel it. Meetings included with your coaching are limited to the number your program includes. If a meeting is paid, the business’s cancellation and refund policy is shown before you pay and applies to that booking.
Text messages
If you opt in to the Titus Transform text message program, we send coaching reminders to the mobile number you give us. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time and HELP for help, or email support@titus.fit. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting in is not a condition of any purchase.
Payments
When you buy coaching, your coaching business is the seller: you buy from them, not from us. You pay on a secure checkout page run by Stripe, and the money goes to the business’s own Stripe account. The price, how and when you pay, any renewal, and the business’s refund and cancellation policy are shown before you pay; the policy you accept is kept with your payment. Refunds and cancellations are the business’s decision under that policy.
Depending on a business’s package with us, we may take a fee from the payments it receives through Titus Transform. That fee comes out of the business’s share and does not add to the price you are shown.
Coaching businesses pay us to use Titus Transform, under the package they have with us.
Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and your coaching business may end your coaching under its own terms.
Disclaimers and limits
We provide Titus Transform “as is” and do not promise it will always be available or error-free, or that any result will follow from a plan. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid through Titus Transform in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
